Common Questions
How does automatic renewal work?
Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date. You will be charged $7 unless you cancel before that date.
How do I cancel?
Log in and go to your Account page. Click "Cancel Membership" and your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no charge after that.
How do I get the discount in store?
Give the staff your email address at checkout. They can verify your active membership and apply the discount.
When is payment taken for preorders?
Payment is taken when you place the preorder. If a preorder item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
